Cards in the round...

Here are some cards I made with the ATCoin as the focal piece.
This first one uses some of the new Wycinanka chipboard that was on the Hochanda show. They've got some great designs.

Here I've made it into a Christmas decoration - just the right size. The pattern is one of the new dinky round stencils that fit the coins perfectly:

And then I just got carried away with the new stamps! Love going round and round in circles!

In the round...

I went a bit mad with this project and made a 3D village with Melina's stamps:

This sort of project is just up my street! Bright colours, lots of fiddly bits, working out how to get it all put together - lots of fun.
I discovered several things - the multi surface paints go on beautifully without obliterating the stamped lines; you can stamp the houses close enough on the back to make a double sided image; you can make a 3D house out of part of the large house; the flowers also make very useful back to back shrubs.

Row upon row...

What I love about these houses is how easy it is to stamp long rows and also build them up one behind the other as I've done here:

I've die cut and raised the centre, folding the houses to go round a corner:

The background is done with some of the new Dinky stencils and coloured texture paste. The wording uses Tim Holtz rub ons.

Follow the rainbow...

I hope you had a chance to watch That's Crafty! on Hochanda with Jo yesterday and see all the new stamps and other products.
Here are a couple of my samples in full:

The stone path uses the stones under the houses and the swirls in the sky are stencilled with Interference paint.

I've folded the large house to make it 3D:

I've used Melina's Sketchy Houses set here, but there are three other new sets as well.

A little bit of what you fancy....

Dare to Dream...

Here I've used the Boho Vibes spray of flowers twice and it makes a wreath sort of shape:

I then added a few extra leaves to bulk it out.

A bit grungier...

This panel showcases the new Interference paints from That's Crafty!. I've used them over a black gessoed, stencilled background and they show up really well.

Just love the feathers in Ingrid's designs:

A floral bouquet...

This card is made using Ingrid's new Boho Vibe Set 2 stamps from That's Crafty! and watercolours. I didn't bother with any masking, the stamps just seemed to fit together really well.

Any overlapping sort of disappeared by the time I'd coloured it.

Tweet, tweet....

These both use the new bird stencil from That's Crafty!.
Here I've used it as a template to draw onto tea bag paper. The stamps are all by Lynne Moncrieff:

On this circle MDF board I've texture pasted the birds onto card and cut them out when dry. The background is sprayed rice paper, stencilled and stamped.

All these different papers and surfaces are available from That's Crafty!

Secret Garden...

Here I've used the top part of the That's Crafty! 9 x 4 Chunky that I didn't use in my shadow box to make a secret garden wallhanging. I've used Melina's stamps - lots of cutting out but worth it!

The background is the plaid stencil sprayed with Dylusions and also stamped off.

It's easy to punch holes through the MDF so that you can add the chain.

And in full...

Here are the projects I gave you a sneak peek of and, if you were watching That's Crafty! on Hochanda  yesterday, you'll have seen them.
This first one uses some of Fliss's new stamps and the new MDF rounds:

The stamps fit the whiteboard side of the Fanciful Flowers Matches.

Next I used an 8x8 Chunky and several of the mediums (Crackle, Sand and 3D Gloss), also the lovely new grey and mint paint:

Oh, and don't forget the 8x8 stencils which fit this perfectly of course.

The last sneak peek was of a 9x4 Chunky which I made into a shadow box by leaving off the front and using some of the waste to make a frame:

The stamps are from Melina's Doodled Forest set.
So, you can see, there are so many great quality products in these shows and you can use them any way you like.

Alice goes to Uni...

... well Alice in Wonderland that is!
My daughter Katie's off for her final year at uni this week and so I've made her a door sign as she likes Alice in Wonderland:

This uses the Deep Red Alice stamps that I got from That's Crafty!.

Miaow....

Thought I'd show you my cat themed cottage, using That's Crafty stamps, stencils and die cuts:

I coloured with wax crayons for a change. I just love this cat:

My roof is actually a pair of wings that I ran through an embossing folder:

Rubber Dance stamps...

...these owls featured on That's Crafty Hochanda and they're made by Rubber Dance and are irresistible. I used them on two projects, an 8 x 8 panel:

which I die cut a hole out of. The crinkly stuff is Tyvek, ironed and painted to give texture and the feathers and wings are from a die cuts' set.

I'll post the other project tomorrow.

GiganTags....

from That's Crafty. These really are enormous tags and tie in very well with their new die cut greyboard shapes which are gorgeous.
I've used Gelatos on this one, just for a change, which give really vibrant colours:
