Here's a card I made for the Crafty Individuals Challenge - can't think how it relates to the theme, so I'm calling it 'London in the Spring!'
It uses two recently released 'Great Britain' sets of stamps CI-343 and CI-334 on a sprayed background.

Welcome to London
London themed stamps are all the rage at the moment and Artistic Outpost are no exception! Here's a gatefold card made with the new London Elements plate and the London Underground plate:
These stamps are very good value and all available from Happy Daze.

New Artistic Outpost
Some new Artistic Outpost stamps have reached Happy Daze!
The first sample I've made is a grungy sort of mug made with the London Elements plate which ties in with the London Underground plate that's already out.
I've used StazOn inkpads and stamped directly on the mug - a bit tricky, but worth it!

Craft Barn Demo...
All done and dusted, and inked, and brayered, and stamped to my heart's content!
I had a lovely time on Saturday, so thank you to all those customers who came over for a chat and a natter about all things stamping. I got so inky that by the end I was leaving fingerprints where I didn't want them! We tried out loads of the Kaleidacolor inkpads - I think everyone had a different favourite!
And thank you to all at the Craft Barn - they're always so kind to me and feed me cups of coffee and put up with my mess!
Anyway, here are the last of the samples:
Stamps by Oxford Impressions, rainbow inkpads are Kaleidacolor. All available from The Craft Barn.

Speedy Valentine
Here's a quick valentine I made using the new Crafty Individuals heart set:
A friend was using old book paper for her Valentine project (Tales from my Craft Room) and it reminded me of all those books I've got! I didn't check the old book paper for rude words though - I figured as it was from 'Pride and Prejudice', I was probably ok!!! (Don't all get your magnifying glasses out now!)
Thanks for looking and don't forget the Spring Challenge over on the CI Blog!

Craft Barn tomorrow
Well I'm putting the finishing touches to my prep for the Craft Barn demos tomorrow. I've made up a display board with lots of samples (hope there's room for it and all my clobber - you know how messy I am!)
Here's some more of the stuff:
I've kept these fairly simple as regards twiddly stuff as I wanted to show the Oxford Impression stamps, but the images are great for adding gems and embellishments to. If you're in the area, come in and have a chat - I'd love to see you.

Marie Antoinette...
In all her glory!
Here are three more samples I've made for the demo up at the Craft Barn next Saturday.
This one I've embossed the background for a fairly simple technique:
I just love the border stamp here - it's great for making up frames and I've stamped the small carriage twice to make it look like they're waiting in front of the house:
And here, well here it's just bright - what more can I say?
I'm using Oxford Impressions Marie Antoinette plate and Kaleidacolor inkpads, all available from the Craft Barn.

Spring...
Now, you might wonder what on earth I'm talking about considering how cold it is (I've got 4 layers on!) but the Crafty Individuals challenge for February is going to be 'Spring' and here's what I've made so far:
This is a little slide mailer that I've painted and then stamped over. I've also used paint on the daisies to really bring them to life as before that it all looked a bit grungy! The yellow flower is a cut out image from one of the CI books.
The challenge will be coming up on their blog shortly but meanwhile I'm linking you to their site 'cos they've got lots of new goodies - stamps, dies, charms......

Your carriage awaits...
Here's one of the samples I've made for my demo at the Craft Barn on Saturday 11 February.
This is close up showing all the stamping:
And this is how I'm going to display it:
Haven't added any twiddly bits yet - might, might not!
It's using the Oxford Impressions Marie Antoinette stamps and Kaleidacolor inkpads. At first I thought this might be a funny mix (you know, Marie Antoinette makes you think of toile and chintzy stuff not rainbow inkpads!) but actually it's been great fun and appeals to my colourful side!
