Next free event: Minifest on Saturday 7th April
Liz Welch, Jenny Mayes, Helen Meighan,
Carol Cockbain, Kay Carley, Helen Chilton
I'm going to be demoing at the Craft Barn using Oxford Impressions stamps, spray inks and bleach - yes, bleach! A great way to add highlights to your stamped images!
Don't know where I'll be in the shop but I'll be the one smelling like a swimming pool!
Here are a couple of samples of what I'm up to:
These all take colour out and then add some back in.
Then on Saturday May 19 I'm teaching a class using these stamps, bleach techniques and how to make your own diffuser frames for embossing folders. We'll be making cards for men in time for Fathers' Day.
Thanks for looking!

Here's a tag I made with the new Artistic Outpost Diesel Punk stamps from Happy Daze:
Very quick and easy, using Portfolio oil pastels and a stencil.

Honeycomb Delight.
Honeycomb patterns are definitely all the rage.
Here's a tag I made using some of the new MME papers and stamps:
Don't laugh, but that bit of pink lace at the top? I picked it up from an oddment basket and when I got it home realised it's probably meant as knicker elastic!

Craft Barn Class
Had a lovely class at the Craft Barn on Sunday - thanks ladies.
We were making a montage of blocks using Crafty Individuals stamps and Kaleidacolor inkpads. Everyone had a good go with the inkpads before deciding on their favourite colours for their project.
Here they are hard at work!
They look as if they're having a tug of war over something in this last one, but I assure you, all was calm!!!
My next class is cards for men using bleach techniques - it's on May 19th, a Saturday this time, just in time for Fathers' Day.

A Late Spring...
Well, not really! It's just I forgot to post this for the Crafty Individuals Spring Challenge, which is now over and done with, but I'll show you anyway!
It's made from an old woodmounted stamp block and uses the new Crafty Individuals Vase of Flowers Collage:
I've stamped onto a background sprayed with Cosmic Shimmer inks and then added lots of 'springy' bits!.
Thanks for looking!

Diesel Punk
Love that phrase - it's the name of the new Artistic Outpost stamps that I used for these two tags, which I made for the Happy Daze DT:
