Hoot hoot....

There are some beautiful new owl stamps on the Crafty Individuals website, designed by artist maria Kitano.

This is a small canvas that I made, using Jane Davenport Colorsticks for the background. They're super easy to blend over a layer of white paint:

Here I used a Tim Holtz 3D embossing folder for the background and painted it gold:

The owls are gorgeous and really easy to colour.

A Parliament of Owls....

There were three sets of gorgeous owl stamps in the Crafty Individuals show on Monday and Tuesday so I grouped them all together to make this picture:

Here are the three baby owls and down in the corner the one they nicknamed Dennis Healey!
