Owls project no. 2...

This was the whole project, made using one of the GiganTags. I've sprayed it with the new Sparklers sprays which are specifically designed to go on dark backgrounds:

Here it shows up on the dark lettering:

I've used Tyvek again, painted black, spritzed, heated and then highlighted with the Shimmer paints:
